Meghan has a passion for living a well life and inspiring and helping others to do the same.


Growing up in an unhealthy home environment and seeing the toxic effects of substance abuse and watching her mother fight for her life from Stage 3 Ovarian Cancer has deeply impacted the way Meghan views health and wellness.


She desires to come alongside others and help them become their best self so that they can walk out and confidently and effectively fulfill their purpose in life. Meghan’s approach to health/fitness and wellness is rooted in body stewardship, self-care, and balance.


After Meghan graduated college with a B.S. in Applied Health Science and Psychology, she decided to get her Personal Training Certification through ACE and her Health/Wellness Coaching Certification through Emory University.
